Four activities are being carried out in which we will train migrants in the areas of self-advocacy, assistantship, self-organization and self-help in a long-term and comprehensive way. In total, we plan to conduct 160 hours of workshops. The main effects of the project will be: inclusion in the design of system tools, assistantship and cooperation with 15 institutions, opening a cooperative and women's self-help. During the project, we will employ 3 migrants with leadership qualities who will co-implement the project and gain comprehensive work experience in the structure of a social economy entity. Total number of recipients: 190 people.
We coordinate the action from the office in Toruń. The duration of the project is November 2021 - August 2023.
