The activities planned in the application are a response to the low rate of receiving international protection by persons seeking shelter, the lack of interest by decision-makers in the education of children with migration experience, the lack of support from public administration employees in servicing migrants, the lack of campaign activities promoting human rights in the context of migration and multiculturalism at the regional level.
There will be 6 activities in which we will support the described group in a process, long-term and comprehensive way. We will also undertake advocacy activities, lobbying for changes in the procedures regarding the organization of life of people with migration experience, and we will organize 3 panels networking multicultural schools. A special group will be people living in the Center for Foreigners in the Group and young people attending a primary school in the Group. Some activities will have supra-regional scope. The project is implemented in partnership with the Primary School in Grupa near Grudziądz, coordinated from the foundation's office in Toruń. Implementation period: December 2021 - September 2023.
