The main objective of the project is to enhance the entrepreneurial skills and employability of 200 Ukrainian refugees through targeted support and skills development. 

Participants of the program will receive comprehensive support, including: 

• Participation in entrepreneurship training as part of the Entrepreneurship Academy, 

• Individual support from a Business Assistant, who provides guidance at every stage of the program and advises on issues related to starting a business, 

• One-on-one consultations with an Employment Specialist, including skills assessment, career path planning, CV preparation, job search support, and assistance in active job search and contacts with employers, 

• Polish language courses to improve communication skills and increase job opportunities. 

The program is implemented with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development  (EBRD)  and carried out with funding by the European Union from May 14 to September 30, 2025.
