As part of the project, participants will be able to benefit from:
- Polish language courses (B1, B2 and industry levels)
- vocational courses
- legal support
- job placement/career counseling
- certified translation of documents
- assistant support in contacts with institutions
- psychological support.

The assistant and job broker, through individual work with participants, will support them in entering the labor market, including employment at IKEA Poland (a list of departments and positions can be found at the provided link http://www.ikea.com/pl/pl/this-is-ikea/work-with-us/dzialy-pub0efc3f90).
PLEASE NOTE: The vocational courses will be available to a maximum of 20 people who will be selected as a result of recruitment. Recruitment will take place in 3 stages:
- filling out an electronic application and sending documents confirming work experience and knowledge of the Polish language
- interview
- group meetings.
Activities such as the support of a career counselor, lawyer, psychological support, Polish language courses and the opportunity to take advantage of financing certified translation of documents will be available to a wider group of people.
