Our primary goal is to facilitate access to information, support, and assistance for all people with migration and refugee experience who have found temporary shelter in Poland.

Regular trips (several times a month) are challenges we undertake to assist with matters crucial to a good start and integration:

What does our assistance involve?

• Individual Conversations: Face-to-face meetings with residents of collective housing to understand their situation and needs.
• Formal Support: Assistance in interpreting complex regulations and providing information on rights and procedures (including ZUS documentation and other formalities).
• Seeking Solutions in Difficult Situations: Actively seeking support and ways out of crises, especially in the face of:

lack of financial resources,

job search,

need to arrange childcare for young children.
