1. Training: "2025 is my year"
This is an inspiring workshop based on metaphors and working with the subconscious. During the training, participants will take a journey through the events of the past year and build strategies for the coming months. Trainer Victoria will share effective tools for planning and maintaining focus, which she has been using for years.
2. Training: "Find your flow"
During this meeting, participants will learn about different types of leadership according to the Talent Dynamics test and how to use their natural management style. The training includes a theoretical part and a shortened test that will help you better understand your own predispositions.
